Privacy and data handling

ClickChain keeps client data scoped to the outbound system being built.

Last updated May 18, 2026. This page explains the operational policy for ClickChain.io. The current public website does not include Google login or Google account connection.

What the website collects today

The public site collects sample-request details only when you submit the intake form or email ClickChain. This can include your name, email, company, website, target market, current stack, SDR timing, region, and notes you choose to share.

If Google connection is added later

A Google connection should happen only inside a private onboarding flow after clear consent. ClickChain should request the minimum scopes needed, store tokens server-side in encrypted form, and never collect Google passwords.

How data is used

Client data is used to build the agreed outbound workflow: ICP logic, lead sheets, trigger notes, sequence fields, routing labels, and launch reporting. It is not sold or repackaged as a generic list.

Access and deletion

Clients can revoke Google access from their Google Account settings and can request deletion by emailing info@clickchain.io. Operational exports may be retained only where needed for service records, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
